All products are handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, or design. Photos are for illustration purposes; the actual product may differ.

3. Pricing / Tarifs

All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes where required.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Payment / Paiement

We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or other methods provided at checkout. Payment must be completed before shipment.

5. Shipping / Expédition

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds / Retours et remboursements

We offer a 30-day return policy. If a product is defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a repair, replacement, or refund. Products must be returned in their original condition.
